N0-Show Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule:

Upon completion of booking your appointment, you agree to be subject to be charged, 100% of the scheduled service's price, for your appointment if:

1. You cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment's start time.

You are only subject to be charged, we understand things beyond anyone's control occur and will offer understanding and compassion in those cases, but understand that those cases are the rarity and not the expectation.

No-show:

Upon completion of booking your appointment, you agree to pay 100% of the scheduled service's price, without exception, if:

1. You do not notify Raven Rest Aesthetic Parlor that you will not be able to attend the scheduled time of your appointment BEFORE the scheduled time of your appointment.

2. You do not arrive by a maximum of 20 minutes later than the scheduled start time of your appointment.
